Whether you are involved in network marketing, affiliate marketing or just building a business online, one of the most essential tools for recruiting new members into your organization is a blog. I knew this all along, but it became really clear to me as I started working my Neobux business.

Neobux is a pay-to-click business that makes you more money as you recruit more people to start their own business. No, it’s not a pyramid scheme and it’s not a network marketing business. There’s no selling involved and the recruitment of people into your business is a means to an end, not an end in itself.

Neobux pays you to view ads. In addition to the penny you make for every ad you view, you also make money for every ad a referral makes. There are two ways to find referrals – recruit them directly or rent them.

Naturally, you’ll make more money from referrals you recruit directly than from those you rent. There’s no pay out for referrals you recruit directly. In order to make money on rented referrals those referrals have to view enough ads to pay for your cost of renting, plus some. Since it costs 25 cents to rent 1 referral for 30 days and you get paid 1/2 cent per ad view of each referral as a basic member, each of your rented referrals must view at least 2 ads per day in order for you to profit. Your direct referrals can view just 1 ad per day to make you profitable.

Here’s a hint: Most of your direct referrals will view about 4 ads per day until they tire of the business. Your most active rented referrals will view about 3 ads per day until they tire. About 75% of your direct referrals will be profitable for three months or longer, however, only about 50% of your rented referrals will be profitable for 30 days or longer.

This is based on my own personal experience. It can vary from member to member and referral to referral. But this experience does illustrate that direct referrals are more valuable than rented referrals. But how will you recruit them?

This is where your blog comes in. If you set up a blog to discuss how you make money online and mention often the benefits of Neobux then you’ll recruit more direct referrals. As for me, I can’t think of too many better ways to make money online. Can you?
