There are tons of ways to make money online. Buying a business is just one of them, but buying a turnkey business has risks. You may not be getting all that you’ve bargained for. You could be buying a dud.
I see it as kind of like buying a used car. If you go to a dealer and get a dud then you can often take it back if it turns into a lemon. You are protected by the law. But to buy from an individual has its risks. You may not pay as much as you’d pay a dealer and you don’t have to borrow on credit, but there are risks. That’s not to say you can’t get a good used car from an individual. I have, many times.
Buying a business is a lot like buying a used car. Only a fool fails to look under the hood. But just looking under the hood doesn’t guarantee that you’ll find something wrong. You’ve got to know what you’re looking for.
I wouldn’t recommend too many businesses online. But if you’re in the market to buy an online business then there is one I’d recommend. Article Content Provider is for sale. What a joke. This guy never answers the phone or returns calls. Same thing with Emails. I have been trying to reach him for nearly two months. I actually got him to answer the phone once just last week. He emailed me some info and I haven’t been able to reach him since. How do you run a business like that?
